I am sure that we are all aware of the tragedy that happened recently in Aurora, Colorado. This has brought about some very heated debate on guns and the right to arm yourself.
U.S. District Court Judge Benson Everett Legg on Monday lifted the stay on his March ruling, although it looks like Democrats will be appealing the decision in hopes to delay the orders enforcement. As of now the order will go into effect on Aug 7th.
